- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My pediatrician's office referred me to this Dermatological office to make an appointment for my son. They promptly sent a referral and said to give Dermatology skin Health a call if I didn't hear from them for an appointment. I didn't hear from them so I called them. The woman who answered the phone was not at all nice and seemed annoyed have to answer a call. After putting me on hold for several minutes she came back and never confirmed whether or not they received the referral and asked for all of my information. Interestingly she asked for my insurance provider twice, leading me to believe that if I gave the wrong information I might have been told I could not be a patient there. After taking all my information she informed me that there was at least a three-month wait for an appointment.
